How can a supermarket promote
its loyalty campaigns?

During a savings campaign, Carrefour customers save as many Bonus Points as possible on their Carrefour Bonus Card.

The more products they buy that are part of the campaign, the more Bonus Points they save. At the end of the campaign, customers receive a coupon equivalent to the level of savings they reached.

Every campaign has a specific theme: breakfast, eco-responsibility, beauty, baby care…

A campaign lasts between 1 and 12 months.

What we did:

• We integrated the registration platform, both design-wise and regarding technical development.
• We designed and handled the sending of recap emails to Carrefour customers containing their savings level.
